Refund policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purposes. And please carefully check the sizing information before purchasing, as we cannot exchange products due to sizing issues.

Of course we will fulfil our obligations under the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act and we will exchange products if you received the wrong item as per your order.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact our friendly customer service team. By contacting us first it will allow us to troubleshoot with you and provide clear, concise warranty claim instructions tailored to your circumstances.


All Items must be in original packaging and UNUSED within 5 days of delivery.
